This quest for constant exploration and discovery is a value shared by Japanese chef, Kotaro Meguro of abysse restaurant in Tokyo, who is always searching for new ingredients. His desire to evolve his dishes with new tastes and culinary experiences is what drew him to the Lexus UX to help aid his search.

French trained, Meguro launched his own restaurant at just 29 years old and earned his Michelin star within a year. He dedicates himself to the aim of achieving perfection in seafood.
